BARB operates as an India-first, yet global outreach brand that separates philanthropy and business. The public face is BARB Foundation, a Section 8 company that runs three flagship programs CARB (Center for Advanced Research in Health and Human Behavior), BARB Skills (CAD training), and BARB Civic (ramps, sanitation, drinking water, shade). The Foundation relies on Indian CSR, grants, and domestic donations (80G later) and foreign contributions (with FCRA approval). Its role is to design and deliver small, repeatable projects that improve access, dignity, and mental well-being in schools, clinics, and public spaces.
